2 T. Brown Sugar
2 T. Kosher Salt
1 T. Paprika
2 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp marjoram
2 tsp sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 T. Olive oil
rub all over bird - even under the skin.
Then I smoked it for just over 3 hours between 250 and 270. It was melt in your mouth good.
Matt couldn't keep his hand off my breast!
